Surplus Chest!!

This project was featured on ilovethatjunk.com!

I scored this awesome wood crate at a old Military Surplus store for $10!!

Wheels at my local Menards.

Flip the crate upside down. And screw wheels into place!

And Voila!

Our little people that come visit have a toy box!!

Here are a few custom crates I have made for some friends!

This HD crate is gonna be used as a Magazine Holder

And these crates are on front porches!

  1. FABULOUS idea! Love it! Of course we are always looking for places to hide the toys but you went beyond that and found a piece that has meaning and is very nice to look at! Love it!

    1. Yeah I thought so too! Online you can purchase something similar for close to $100. I'm way too cheap and creative, I knew I could do it cheaper! Thanks for stopping!
