Another Funky Junky Up-Cycle

I think I am addicted to this funky junky stuff! I always keep my eyes peeled for little unique things that have a cool pattern, colors, or shape. Heck, sometimes I don't even know what it is or what it was used for.
My favorite things that I stock pile/hoard/collect are license plates, yardsticks, and old street signs.

A friend of mine was moving out of his house and was getting rid of this table, so of course I took it.
I had no idea what I was gonna do with it at the time. But since I'm on this funky junky kick...that's what it's gonna be.

I painted it solid black.
The legs were a little wobbly, so we needed to tighten them up a bit.

We tightened the bolts as much as we could then we used a screw at an angle. And that worked perfect!
Awhile back I was at the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store and scored a bunch of these metal plate numbers. They were too cool not to buy. We screwed them on the corners to hide the bolts.
Good way to make the table a little funky huh?!

Now on to my other little funky junky end table!
Checker board...garage sale find and the metal plates I got at my local Menards.
